Overview
I was briefed to create a new branding for a stellar architectural mixed-use building in Bethesda, MD, USA. This unique art deco inspired masterpiece provides retail and luxury apartments. ‘Sophia’ represents elegance, sophistication, and authenticity.
For the visual identity it was pivotal to blend the architectural styling together with the ‘building’s character’.
Brochure & Rack Cards
Never underestimate the importance of brochures! They are still an important marketing tool to this day, as they communicate key information about the real estate property in a visually appealing way. Used as digital version and print format they are a lasting reference for potential clients. It is pivotal that information is conveyed in a cohesive branded design.
To provide additional marketing materials I also created rack cards in a cohesive graphic look.
Web Design
Having to work with a templated platform always comes with its challenges of limitations, when it comes to creating a tailor made design. Therefore, during the branding process I created various graphic assets that could be leverage in this phase.
